Vince Ravine, Esq.
FOUNDING PARTNER
With more than thirty years of legal and entertainment executive experience, and having produced films around the world, Vince brings a unique perspective to his practice that allows him to meet and exceed his client’s expectations.
Vince earned his finance degree from UNLV and a JD from Loyola Law School, and has run several entertainment companies and taken a lead role in the financing, development, production and/or distribution of hundreds of feature films. Having lived in Asia and South America, Vince re-settled in Los Angeles in 2004 and has built a successful practice that focuses on client service first. Clients include some of the premiere independent film companies, producers, buyers and distributors from around the world.
Vince began his entertainment career as a manager of a dinner theatre in Ohio, where the world-famous McGuire Sisters recruited him as their business and road manager. Vince was recently married to his wonderful wife Amber and together they care for 3 amazing dogs. He genuinely loves his practice and is confident this passion makes a difference in his work and relationships with his clients.
Paige Kristic PT

Paige moved to Los Angeles from Charleston, West Virginia in 2011 to pursue a career in acting. She currently studies at one of the top acting studios in Hollywood. Paige has put her strong skill set of hard work and dedication to great use while working for The Law Offices of Vince Ravine. She enjoys her job and is gaining great insight into the entertainment industry.
Kyle Rambeau, Esq.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Kyle Rambeau, Esq. joined the Law Offices of Vince Ravine as an Associate in October 2011. Kyle works on a variety of litigation and transactional matters for individuals, independent production companies, and other entertainment-related entities.
Kyle provides valuable insight into a number of aspects of the entertainment industry having previously worked at major entertainment corporations while in Law School including Sony Pictures Entertainment and MGM Studios, spanning the areas of music, television, film, anti-piracy and new media. While in Law School, Kyle Co-Founded the “Biederman Blog”, an interactive Entertainment Law news website where students write articles regarding new and intriguing entertainment issues while summarizing and critiquing new developments within the entertainment industry.
Kyle also assists in the representation of local musical artists, providing pro-bono and other transactional work to individuals and bands looking to make it big in the music industry. Kyle received his B.A. from Michigan State University in 2008 and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2011. Kyle is admitted to practice law in California.
